How can I make my own personalised item?

Very easily! The design process is simplified into three steps. You can use any photo, logos, or text in your design.
1. Choose your product, 2. Upload an image, 3. Checkout. If you still need inspiration, you can also use one of our design templates. Nobody deserves a boring phone case!

Can I use an image with a transparent background?

Yes you can, and we highly recommend it. Our Customizer supports PNG format images with transparent backgrounds.

What are the changes due to COVID-19?

Due to current logistical disruptions (COVID-19) towards the UK, the delivery of your order might be delayed. Please choose UPS Express delivery for guaranteed delivery date.
With every order, you will get an expected shipping date and an expected delivery date. If your order has already been shipped, please consider waiting longer before claiming your order - we recommend a week or so. Our carrier partners are doing the utmost to deliver on time, however, due to the workload and safety measures, delays might happen.

Which image formats can I use and how do I make one?

The following formats are supported by our Customizer: JPG, PNG and GIF (but of course not the moving GIFs). Files can be a maximum of 6MB. The higher the resolution of the image uploaded, the better the end result, and the bigger your smile. You can create your design beforehand using programs such as Adobe Photoshop or free tools such as Pixlr. Be sure to save your file in the formats previously mentioned to upload this image to our Customiser. Keep in mind that we maintain a 3mm safety margin near the edges and the camera opening to ensure that none of your artwork is cut off.

Can I use images from the internet?

Any picture with the correct format can be used (JPG, PNG or GIF). Be aware that images taken from the internet and especially social media sites, such as Facebook, often have a low resolution. If you use images taken from the internet, check that the resolution is adequate for the desired end result. In addition, ensure that you do not infringe on any copyright or ownership trademarks when using images taken from the internet. Not sure if you are? Simply ask the photographer to be sure.

Can I use logos?

Any image in the correct file format (JPG, PNG, or GIF) can be used. It’s important to check copyright/trademark rights when uploading a logo. The logo must be yours or you must have permission to use it. Are you not sure if you own the copyright/trademark? Please, contact the creator of the logo.

What is required from my computer to create a personalised product?

Our Customizer supports the use of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or later, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Apple Safari. In order to use the upload function on mobile devices, the generation of IOS must not be older than 6 for iPhone and iPad. All android software is compatible.

I receive an error message when I try to create my order, why doesn’t it work?

If you are having trouble creating your order because of an erroror you are unable to upload a picture and order your item, please check the following:

- Does your browser meet the requirements? Our Customizer supports the use of the following browsers: Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) or later, Google Chrome, Firefox, and Apple Safari. In order to use the upload function on mobile devices, the generation of IOS must not be older than 6 for iPhone and iPad. All android software is compatible.

- Does the image you are trying to upload correspond to one of the following formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF?

- Does the image you are trying to upload exceed the maximum allowed size of 6MB? If so, you can reduce the size and try again.

- Is your internet connection stable and of a decent speed (5mbps+). When in doubt, move closer to your router or use a direct cable connection.

Can I submit an alternative delivery address?

Yes, you will be presented with the option to submit an alternative delivery address during checkout.

My order encountered an error and my shopping basket is now empty, can you fix this?

If your order failed to complete due to waiting too long between creation and purchase, or because of problems with your payment, you can easily find your order in your account dashboard. You can finalise your order by clicking “Re-Order” in your order overview.

I did not receive a confirmation email, was my order placed properly?

Be sure to check your junk or spam folder. If the confirmation email cannot be found in one of these folders and you have still not received an email from us,please let us know.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. As soon as the order has been placed, it is processed by the production facility immediately to ensure quick delivery. This is an automated process and the robots hate being interrupted. Jokes aside, please make sure you are happy with your design before checking-out.

Where can I track my order?

If you have chosen a shipping method with a tracking link, you will receive the link to track your order via email. You can find this link in the Shipping confirmation email that you’ve received from us. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the webpage of the carrier you chose.

When will I receive my order?

We offer different shipping methods so you are able to choose whether you want one with a tracking link or not, as well as the time you're willing to wait for the delivery of your order.

What's the difference between Guaranteed and Estimated delivery?

Guaranteed Delivery Date
If you choose a shipping method with a guaranteed delivery date we will give you a more concrete time frame for the delivery of your order. You will receive a tracking link to follow the shipment of your order.

Estimated Delivery Date

If you choose a shipping method with an estimated delivery date we will provide you with an approximate delivery time. This means the order could arrive before or after the time frame given in the checkout. This option does not include a tracking link.

 

Despite the current circumstances, most orders are being delivered on time. Together with our carriers, we do our utmost to meet the date given, however, situations out of our control can occur. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

What are the shipping costs and times?

All prices listed are excluding VAT.
  • Express (UPS) (A signature is needed for the delivery.) £10.79
  • Pick-up Point (UPS) (Delivery to a pickupoint near you. Opening hours differ per pickup-point.) £9.13
  • Standard (Royal Mail) (You don't need to be home, the package fits in your mailbox. No tracking available.) £2.46
  • Premium (FedEx - Hermes) (You don't need to be home, the package fits in your mailbox.) £3.75

Public Holidays

During (Dutch) public holidays and peak seasons please allow extra time for order processing and delivery. On public holidays, orders will not be processed by us or by our carriers. Orders that were placed the day before the holiday and on the holiday itself will be sent out the first following business day.
