When will my order be delivered?

See product page for the production time.


Our delivery time varies per product from 1 day to a maximum of 3 working days. This delivery time applies from the day the order is placed, before 4PM. For each product, it is clearly indicated what the delivery time for the product is. If you order products with different delivery times, we will ship the products together. You will receive your product as soon as possible. You can track the progress of your order in your account.


We offer two shipping methods:

- Express Delivery (GLS): 2-3 working days*

- Pick-up point Delivery (UPS): 2 working days*


* shipping time on top of production time


What are the shipping costs?

We offer two shipping methods. For standard delivery, we charge £2.99 and for Pick-up delivery point, we will charge £4.99.


How can I pay for my order and is it safe?

Payment options available are: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and PayPal. Our payments are handled by the provider Adyen. All our prices include VAT.


Is warranty included with my product?

The warranty is indeed included with your item. When customizing your product, it is warranted for 1 year but not for damages caused by normal use:

- T-shirts: wear and tear or loose stitching caused by time

- Phone cases: scratches or cracks


I have a complaint about my order.

Any issue with your order? Just send us an email at hello@mypersonalisedcase.co.uk, our customer service will take care of your issue! If you are not happy with the quality of your print, please send us a picture of it so we can proceed faster to a solution.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

For custom products, it is not possible to return them as we cannot reuse or resell the item because it has been personalised. If you have any issue with your item, please contact us at hello@mypersonalisedcase.co.uk.


Public holidays

We do not process orders during holidays and neither do our carriers. If your order is placed before the holiday after 4 pm and on the holiday itself, your parcel will be shipped the next first working day. Our customer service is also not open during holidays so we greatly appreciate your patience during these periods.
